Cynthia Rodriguez

Cynthia is 19 she lives in the south side of Chicago. she studies major Latin studies. On her free time she likes to go to concerts and hang with her friends. Cynthia sometimes wonders what it feels like if she went to a different college. Cynthia also wishes that she could of payed more attention her first year there. Cynthia wanted to be a lawyer.

Cynthia thinks that education should not always be about the white people. They should talk about other culture. If Cynthia would build a school it would be different than how it is now. If Cynthia build a school she, says she would do stuff outside the classroom not learn everything in class.

For Cynthia education is important because her mom didn't go to college because her parents told her college is not for girls. also her dad did not even get to finish 3rd grade so Cynthia wanted to do something her parents never got to do. Cynthia’s view on education is that teachers should talk more about other cultures almost every school talks about white culture.
Displaying photo.JPGCynthia thinks there is "hero's" and "shero's". Cynthia says that there is people who help each other. She doesn't believe in leaders. Cynthia thinks there is hero's inside everyone. Because every does what they can to help out other people. and there are other people that can not help out people like others do.
