I interview Sergeant V. His personality is he nice, outgoing and independent. Hes very important in our community he take everything serious and would do anything to achieve helping students to be successful.

His most interesting land of work is with the students giving them support, helping them become a better student to be a better person in life.

A hero in his eyes is someone who send a good example to you someone who guides you to become a better person.

He feels that education is important because if you don’t have education you can’t be successful you need a education to progress in life.

In his life violent affected him. He had several friends getting shots in the street, being related to the gang and fellow soldiers in the land of battle.

What he love most of his job is the student help them to motivate them, watch them grow. He think CPS today is a fail to help the student he would change everything the exam, homework, and mostly the discipline.

Hes important person in our community, hes a role model to students help them understand what to expect and become strong independent individual. When they don’t have support at all he would give them support help them to finish high school get their degree and help them to go to college. He would do anything to help them if needed to become successful in life.
